1999 talented, Tobiano gelding. “Patch” is a very willing, sound horse that has been very successful in both reining and reined cow horse. He has been shown, most recently, in reining and has earned $2810 along other accomplishments such as finishing 3rd in the limited non-pro Affiliate Finals in 2004 as well as placing 5th in the NRHA standings for Limited Non-pro in 2004. He is still novice horse eligible and would make someone a wonderful rookie or non-pro horse. Not only can Patch rein, but he has been extremely successful in the NRCHA. He was originally trained as a working cow horse and was very successful there where he had earnings of $9685 before he was taken to the reining pen. He took fourth place in 2002 in the NRCHA Limited Open Snaffle Bit Futurity. I took him to a ranch versatility class this summer and he took 1st place in the green rider class. Patch is a strong, beautiful paint with a great temperament. He is easy to keep, can be turned out with other horses, clips and loads easily.
