ORCHA Show October 28-31, 2010Heartbreak Ridge Performance Horses Derby Shaun McBride rode Pipes Dreamer, owned by Jackie Colby to a 3rd place finish in the Open and Ltd Open, marking a 73 down the fence and adding $700 to Cat's earnings!
ORCHA Show Shaun McBride and Pipes Dreamer won the Open Herd work on Friday. Cindy Plymale and Mates Guitar earned a check in the Non Pro Herd, Non Pro Stock Horse and placed second in the NRCHA ltd Open Bridle. Slidacious and Carrie McBride placed 2nd in the NRCHA Nov Non Pro Bridle on Friday. Cindy Dishon and Pep Cee Sailor won the Non Pro Cow Driving Friday night and won a check in the NRCHA $5k NP Ltd on Saturday. Shaun McBride won the Ltd Open Bridle on Sunday riding Pep Cee Sailor. Youth Cow driving was again won by Michelle Holman and BH Bright Star with Chad Wenger and Shesa Cody Babe placing second. Hanna Hocker and Freckle Bar Cody finished in 3rd. Michelle Holman and BH Bright Star also won an NRCHA check in Saturday's Youth Ltd. Pam Richey won the Green II on Saturday!

In the Open Herd, Pipes Dreamer and Shaun McBride finished up 3rd out of 20 entries! Leighann Bowen was just behind him in 5th on Enchanted T Wood. In the Non Pro Herd, Carrie McBride and Enchanted T Wood finished 3rd. Michelle Holman and BH Bright Star continued their winning streak in Youth Cow Driving. Slidacious and Carrie McBride won the Int Non Pro Bridle and Novice Non Pro Bridle both days! Cindy Plymale and Mates Guitar earned a check in the Ltd Open Bridle on Sunday! Karen Wood rode Side Spark in his first NRCHA class and placed second, earning his first NRCHA check! Tristen Rowland and Miss Ottie Mac earned a check in the NRCHA Youth Limited on Saturday and placed 2nd in the Open Green Horse in a field of 15. Donna Griffith and Rusty won the Green II saturday night! Leighann Bowen and Enchanted T Wood won the Rookie Pro on Sunday! Hanna Hocker and Freckle Bar Cody won the Youth Walk Trot on Saturday!

Everyone's in the money!! Shaun McBride and Pipes Dreamer won the Open Snaffle with a 72 down the fence! In the Youth Limited, Michelle Holman and BH Bright Star made thier debut in the NRCHA and finished up second with a 141! Tristen Rowland and Miss Ottie Mac finished right behind her in third with a 139! Slidacious and Carrie McBride won all 3 Non Pro Bridle divisions with a 143!

Day one and everyone's in the money! Shaun McBride and Pipes Dreamer placed second with a 72 down the fence in the Open and Ltd Open Hackamore. Mates Guitar and Shaun McBride got second in the Open and Ltd Open Bridle. Carrie McBride and Slidacious won the Novice Non Pro Bridle. Darren Roberts and Bounce Those CHex won the Green II and got second in Green III!

BH Bright Star & Michelle Holman had a great weekend, winning the Youth Cow Driving both days and the Youth Limited on Sunday! Bingo Jane & Emily Norton got second in the NRCHA Youth Limited on Sunday, taking the lead in the Moo-ving On Up Standings. Mates Guitar & Cindy Plymale won the Non Pro Stock Horse on Sunday.

In the first annual Jim Wells Memorial Bridle Spectacular, Enchanted T Wood and Carrie McBride finished up Reserve Champions in the Non Pro Bridle and Novice Non Pro Bridle divisions. Carrie and Tick also won money in all their respective NRCHA classes that weekend!
Pipes Dreamer and Shaun McBride won the Open Stock Horse class on Sunday!
Leighann Bowen guided Precious Impulse in her first show and to her first paycheck! Congrats to Leighann and the owners, Brian and Amy Gordon!
Tristen Rowland and Miss Ottie Mac had a great weekend, earning an NRCHA check by placing 3rd in the NRCHA Youth Limited on Saturday. He also officially graduated for the Green Program!! He placed in the money both days in the Open Green Horse!

Off to a great start! Day one - Open Snaffle, Shaun McBride rode Pipes Dreamer in his first NRCHA class and to his first NRCHA win! Cindy Plymale & Mates Guitar won the Non Pro Snaffle earning their first check as a team! They also won the Non Pro Snaffle and the Non Pro Herd on Sunday! Carrie McBride and Slidacious won the Non Pro Bridle, Int & Novice Non Pro Bridle both days!

Pep Cee Sailor & Shaun McBride were in the money in the Open & Ltd Open Bridle on Saturday & on Sunday, won the Limited Open Bridle & placed second in the Open Bridle!
Perfect N Paint & Javonne Mullins graduated out of Green I on Saturday and did it in style by winning the Green I, topping the class with 32 entries!!
Tristen Rowland & Miss Ottie Mac won Green II on Saturday!
Hanna Hocker attended her very first cow horse show and did well! She won the Youth Walk Trot ranch riding both days riding Shiney Chex Olena and did very well in her first Youth Limited and Green I riding Haidas Bingo, marking a 72 in the cow work on Sunday! She finished 3rd in the Youth Limited & 4th out of 21 entries in Green I!

At the end of the point year, the top 20 in each division from each region are invited to the the World Championships held in February.
